How long will it take to receive
my order?
Orders are processed upon receipt. We
will deliver your order within three working days right to your door
step. Please note that the delivery time is a brief guide only. The
delivery time may vary especially during peak times. We are unable to
be responsible for the delays but we endeavor to process your order
as soon as we receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard only for
online purchase. However, if you are purchasing through fax or phone, you can pay by credit card, cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer.
You can also pay cash on delivery or visit our office to make payments
over the counter.
What happens if I am not completely
satisfied with the products I receive?
We don’t usually provide refund
or replacement for products sold because you ordered a wrong item. We
only replace opened and used products that are defective. Please note
that all sold products will be replaced with the same products or similar
in value and quality.
Is there a minimum order for the
products?
There is no minimum order for our products. If you want to enjoy the
benefit of greater savings, purchase directly in bulk from us! But if
you just want one or two, that’s fine with us to. There is also
no minimum order for deliveries as well although a small delivery charge
will apply.
