Delivery Times
All Deliveries are done during business hours from Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm except Public Holidays
Order Processing
Orders are processed on the business day or before the end of the next
business day as soon as after we receive it. Orders received on public
holiday or weekends are usually processed by the end of the following
business day. The 3 Day Delivery Guarantee is only for deliveries within
the Perth Metropolitan area.
Country Deliveries
For orders delivered to country destinations throughout Western Australia,
items will be delivered at the delivery address within 2-4 days depending
on our delivery agent. However, all the delivery times are only estimation
and we cannot guarantee and be responsible for the delays especially
during peak periods.
Delivery Acceptance
At the point of delivery, there must be an authorised person present
at the delivery address to receive the items ordered. We might re-charge
for delivery fee if there the delivery address is unattended or stocks
are refused to be received.
If there are instructions for goods to be delivered to an unattended
destination, delivery of the goods as per the instructions will be deemed
as the successful delivery of the goods and therefore, Essential Zone
and/or the delivery agent of our choice will bear no responsibility
if the goods are stolen or have any damages inflicted on it from the
time the goods are set down.
Returns
We regret that we do not usually accept returns or replacement for products
including:
• Any products that you have ordered wrongly
• Any products that have been opened or used (unwrapped individually)
• Any products that have been given out as free gifts or samples
• Any products that are purchased either through online or sales
office
However, we could provide refund or replacements with the same products
or similar in value and quality for:
• Any products that is unopened or unused
• Any products that is not in its original conditions or are defective.
We can only refund the total value of the products but not the delivery
charges. We make our best efforts to ensure that the products are delivered
to you at your door step in a perfect condition without being damaged
during the delivery process.
